Fostering an Inclusive, Diverse and Equitable Culture Within TR

The Estée Lauder Companies’ (ELC) collective vision is to be the most inclusive and diverse beauty company in the world. Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (ID&E) is at the forefront of everything we do in Travel Retail. In 2020, we created an ID&E cohort, guided by three pillars: Talent, Culture and Partnership. In November 2021, we announced a new talent and development program in partnership with Florida A&M University (FAMU) to build the next generation of Black beauty leaders in Travel Retail in line with the company’s commitments to Racial Equity announced in June 2020.
