Do you offer internship opportunities?
Yes, we offer a formal internship experience, the Lauder Summer Internship Program, in the U.S. for undergraduate and graduate students. Additionally, our global locations offer internship opportunities based on business needs. Applications for the 2023 Summer Internship Programs and full-time Presidential Program are now closed. Applications for the 2024 program will open in September 2023.
Do you have any undergraduate or graduate development or rotational programs?
Yes. Our CEO Global Presidential Program is available in North America, UK, EMEA and APAC. The levels of the program are: Presidential Associate (undergraduate), Senior Presidential Associate (graduate), and Presidential Management Associate (MBA). We also have development opportunities in Finance and Strategy undergraduate and MBA graduates in the U.S.

Do you offer internships throughout the entire school year?
We offer a formal internship experience including the Lauder Summer Internship Program (undergrad), the CEO Global Presidential Program (undergrad, masters, MBA) and the Finance and Strategy Programs (undergrad, MBA). Each program has specific eligibility guidelines and the majority of our internship programs occur within the Summer months.
How can students apply?
Applications for the 2023 Summer Internship Programs and full-time Presidential Program are now closed. Applications for the 2024 program will open in September 2023.
What if I do not see the opportunities I am looking for?
Opportunities are posted as they become available. Check back again periodically.
Student eligibility?
- For intern opportunities, student must be a junior (graduating Spring 2024)
- For full-time undergraduate opportunities, student must be a senior (graduating Spring 2023).
- For full-time graduate opportunities, applicant must be a second-year student (graduating Spring 2023).
- For full-time program applicants, we do not provide visa sponsorship; International students will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are the interns provided housing during their internship?
There is no housing provided for our Manhattan-based interns. For all other office locations housing may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Are interns eligible for relocation?
No relocation packages are currently available.

The CEO Global Presidential Associate Internship Program is intended for individuals who wish to be considered for the full-time CEO Global Presidential Associate Program post-graduation. If you are seeking a rotational experience at ELC after you graduate, this is a great internship for you.
How do I indicate my preferred track in the CEO Global Presidential Internship Program?
Please include a cover letter in your application, indicating which track you’d like to be placed in.
Is the Presidential Associate Internship rotational?
No, while the full-time CEO Global Presidential Associate Program is rotational, the internship is not.
