Ahead of her time in every way, Estée Lauder defied conventions, and her fearless persistence set the tone for the family business.
Sons Leonard A. Lauder and Ronald S. Lauder contributed their many talents and business acumen to the Company’s expansion, including opening up new global frontiers and establishing new brands.
Members of the third generation, William, Aerin and Jane, are at the heart of the Company today, actively engaged in its leadership in collaboration with executive leaders.
