Our Creative interns are based in New York City, and may do anything from participating in ideation of new concepts and content, to visualizing what our new stores will look like or how products should be merchandised. You’ll learn how to execute design direction while getting to know our Creative Directors, Designers, Visual Merchandisers, Store Designers and Copywriters. You’ll bring your digital savvy knowledge to the table for various projects and have the chance to experience the creative culture and identity that makes The Estée Lauder Companies and our brands so amazing.

About:

As a Global Communications Intern, you will support our efforts primarily in the digital/social space. This may include: collaborating with digital agencies to support asset development and trafficking; spearheading social media monitoring/listening across all social media platforms; brainstorming digital/social content ideas that can be implemented as part of our editorial calendars; analyzing social media reports to provide recommendations that inform the larger strategy. As an intern, you may attend content development and social media planning meetings to support creative strategy for corporate campaigns. You may also help to maintain the corporate website, including copy editing, organizing content and fact checking, as well as compiling corporate and brand press clips for executive management review.

The Research & Development (R&D) internship blends an extensive overview of the cosmetic industry with real world R&D experience. As a R&D intern, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects that will support the team in reaching established goals and objectives directly relating to the success of the business. You may also have ownership of high-priority projects instrumental to the R&D function and business, working in collaboration with multiple teams and functions within the organization. You will gain exposure to state-of-the-art research, equipment and skills training. Through partnerships with other departments within the company, our R&D interns will gain a greater understanding of R&D’s role in the business worldwide.
