Meet the Bucharest Team
Adina
Meet Adina, the Software Development Lead in ELC’s Bucharest Digital Technology Center. With more than a decade of experience in web application development, she is responsible for overseeing the software engineering team. She helps onboard, mentor and grow talent for projects in the Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality, Machine Learning, and mobile application domains. Adina has been active in the tech industry from an early age and holds a computer science degree from the University of Bucharest.
Costin
Meet Costin, our IT Architecture Team Lead. He brings nearly two decades of IT experience, and significant expertise advancing enterprise and solution architecture across multiple industries. Costin holds a bachelor’s degree from Politehnica University in Bucharest.
Lucia
Meet Lucia, the HR Manager in our Bucharest Digital Technology Center. She oversees recruiting and onboarding new IT talent at our Bucharest Digital Technology Center. She has significant HR experience and leads HR activities that engage our employees and enhance skill-building in the short- and long-term.
