The Estée Lauder Companies Signs White House Equal Pay Pledge

December 7, 2016 -- Today, the White House announced additional signatories to its Equal Pay Pledge. The Estée Lauder Companies is honored to partner with the White House in its effort to promote gender equality in the workplace.  

 

Signing this pledge is yet another way for us to demonstrate our deep and continued commitment to equal pay. As a Company founded by a pioneering entrepreneur, Mrs. Estée Lauder, we are proud to continue her legacy of empowering women, supporting families and promoting equality.
