The Estée Lauder Companies Mexico Among Top Places to Work

The Estée Lauder Companies Mexico has been recognized by Expansion Magazine as one of “The Places Everyone Wants to Work” for the tenth consecutive year. The Company climbed four spots from 2016 in the annual list of “Súper Empresas” (Super Companies), to seventh-place among companies with 500 to 3,000 employees in Mexico. Of the companies recognized, The Estée Lauder Companies Mexico is the highest-rated personal care company among similar-sized companies in this survey.

The Company also ranks fourth-place in the new annual ranking, “Súper Empresas Para Mujeres” (Super Companies for Women).  In this list, companies are evaluated based on representation of women at director and managerial levels, as well as practices, policies and programs that contribute to the advancement of women in the workplace, and the overall employee satisfaction in this segment.

Mexico Recognitions

Nearly 700 companies applied to be considered for this year’s Súper Empresas rankings and only 197 were selected. Companies are ranked in 16 categories, including leadership, motivation, labor satisfaction, social responsibility and communications, based on engagement between the company and employees. As part of the evaluation, The Estée Lauder Companies Mexico’s employees, including those in the corporate offices, distribution center, and point of sale, participated in a survey designed to capture employee perception. Additionally, Expansion Magazine takes into consideration policies, practices and procedures of all companies evaluated.
